MÜLLER THURGAU Doc Trentino
Production area:
This vine owes its name to the famous botanist Dr.
Hermann Müller Thurgau and is the result of a blend
between Rheinland Riesling and Sylvaner.
Originally grown in Switzerland, it was then widely planted
in Austria and eventually in the Italian region of Alto
Adige, where it found the most suitable soil for growing.
It yields a wine with very delicate aromas.
Vinification system:
The vinification technique is extremely important, indeed
vital. Even the small mistake during vinification would
irreparably affect wine quality. For this reason the popularity
of Trentino Doc Muller Thargau is only restricted
to a few high-tech regions.
