ROSE’ PILLI Fizzy wine
Production area:
This wine comes from the finest black and white grapes
that are specifically selected every year to make a fresh,
citrusy, non-tannic wine. Pillì is almost exclusively made
with grapes grown in Veneto.
Vinification system:
Red vinification. The grape skins are removed from the
must almost immediately or after they have been left to
macerate for some hours, so as to make the must acquire
a pink colour. First fermentation occurs at controlled
temperature by adding selected yeasts. The wine becomes
bubbly inside low-temperature pressure tanks.

- Effective alcohol level: % vol. 10.50 +/- 0.50
- Sugar: g/l 12.5 ± 1.0
- Total acidity: g/l 6.00 ± 0.50
Physical characteristics:
- Aphrometric pressure: bar at 20°C 2.3 ± 0.2
Organoleptic characteristics
- Bubbles: Rightly evanescent, with a fine and persistent perlage.
- Colour: Pale pink with red shades.
- Aroma: Fruity, with a rich scent of apples, pears and apricots. Its
aroma is reminiscent of lime.
- Flavuor: Citrusy, light-bodied , harmoniously salty with a slightly
soft aftertaste.

- 1 g of alcohol: 7 Kcal
- 1 l of dry wine at 10°: 600 Kcal
- 1 g of sugar: 4 Kcal.
- Serving suggestions: Excellent between meals, it goes well with fried fish and
vegetables.
- Serving temperature: at 8-10° C.
- Storage: Store in a cool place, away from the light and heat.
- Packing and marketing: 0.750-l glass bottles inside boxes of 6 or 12 bottles each.
