Cuvée Rosè Quality Sparkling wine Brut

Production area:

produced with the best grapes Pinot nero, Raboso and others red and white local vineyards located in east Veneto

Vineyard:

the form of cultivation is Guyot and Sylvoz. the number of vines per hectare is form 3500 to 4000

Vinification system:

rosè vinification, with separated variety and short maceration for 24 - 36 hours at 8 - 10 °C. First fermentation occurs inside steel vats at controlled temperature, where selected yeasts are added. The wine becomes bubbly inside low-temperature pressure tanks.

  • Effective alcohol level: % vol. 12.00 ± 0.80
  • Sugar: g/l 9,00 ± 2,00
  • Total acidity: g/l 6.20 ± 0.50

Physical characteristics:

  • Aphrometric pressure: bar at 20°C 5,0 ± 1.00

Organoleptic characteristics

  • Bubbles: Rightly evanescent, with a fine and persistent perlage.
  • Colour: shade rose reminding the colour of peach blossom and rosa.
  • Aroma: intense, fruity complex and reminding the scent of flowers and small fruit and of ripe passion fruit.
  • Flavuor: It has a pleasantly acidity, fresh flavour. Full-bodied, it has a pleasant and harmonious taste characteristic.

Nutritional value

  • 1 g of alcohol: 7 Kcal
  • 1 l of dry wine at 10°: 600 Kcal
  • 1 g of sugar: 4 Kcal.
  • Serving suggestions: excellent for aperitif and served with fried vegetables, sea food salad and fish courses in general.
  • Serving temperature: at 6-8° C.
  • Storage: Store in a cool place, away from the light and heat.
  • Packing and marketing: 0.750-l glass bottles inside 6 or 12 bottle boxes. Palletised in europallets; 45 boxes - 12 bott. (9 per layer). 95 boxes - 6 bott.(19 per layer).
