PINOT CHARDONNAY BRUT Quality Sparkling wine
Production area:
Pinot Chardonnay is the result of a blend of Pinot blanc
and Chardonnary grapes, which are widely grown in
France - in the Champagne and Burgundy areas – as
well as in Italy, especially in the regions of Trentino Alto
Adige,Veneto, Friuli, Lombardy and Piedmont.
Vinification system:
White vinification. First fermentation occurs at controlled
temperature, after selected yeasts are added. The
wine becomes bubbly inside low-temperature pressure
tanks. After fermentation, spumante wine remains in
contact with the yeasts for 6 months at least, in order to
favour the dissolution into the wine of special substances
that result from yeast lysis. This process confers the
wine its distinguishing characteristics.
